The house signatures are unique and well-worth the calories. The charsiew pork ribs with ham hock, chilli tamarind and shredded vegetables tossed with kimchi dressing are a clever play of flavours on a plate.
Another crowd favourite is the Australian miso-marinated lamb rack with smoked eggplant puree, capsicum piperade, Okonomiyaki pancake and plum sauce. The burst of umami in this dish gets two thumbs-up.
