Newly appointed executive chef Gaetan Biesuz makes his mark in the hotel and the island through East meets West gastronomic wonders, adopting a respectful and caring attitude towards the ingredients that he uses in order to create food that will have lasting impact.

Executive pastry chef Robby Motota is also another newcomer, synchronising local cultures through ingredients and cuisine with modern cooking techniques. Stepping into his new role, he seeks to produce quality pastries and bakeries that will sate the appetites of the resort’s guests.

Chef de Cuisine Beno Wicaksana, the third new arrival to St Regis Langkawi, has his sights aimed on introducing high quality food standards to turn Langkawi into a destination known for exceptional dining.
