A robust selection of main dishes feature highlights like the Piliç Topkapı – stuffed chicken leg with spicy rice pilaf, Tereyağlı Karides Güveç – shrimp casserole with butter, Tuzda Levrek – baked sea bass in salt crust and traditional oven-baked Turkish pide, or lavash bread.
